Some tournaments are about points and podiums. Some are about something more.
The Bulgarian Open is both — and by now, it's become one of the most cherished dates on the Disc Golf Romania calendar. This will be our third consecutive year making the trip south to Bulgaria, and what started as a competitive outing has grown into a genuine tradition. A tradition of great disc golf, warm hospitality, and the kind of cross-border friendship that makes this community so special. Our Bulgarian brothers have built something truly wonderful, and every year we are proud to be part of it.
September in Bulgaria also means one more thing: the beach. With summer making its final stand on the Black Sea coast, there is no better way to close out the season than throwing disc, chasing scores, and then watching the sunset over the water with good people by your side. The competition is real, but so is the joy of just being there. Three years. Three trips. The same excitement every single time.
